Quick Reference For The AVA Online Booking System

 

Go to our Web address which is www.AtlanticAVA.org and click on the “AVA Online Catalog” link and then click on the link to "SEARCH OUR ON-LINE CATALOG"

Two items are needed to access the system:
1. User number: School code.Teacher #
2. Password: (Call for the password)

Please note that beginning in the 2011-2012 school year the Atlantic County AVA will no longer be delivering educational materials to individual school buildings. All educational materials found in the current catalog will now be available for pick-up at the AVA facility located on the grounds of the Atlantic County Institute of Technology:

The AVA Media Center will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., so teachers can pick-up and return educational materials requested through the online catalog.  Alternative arrangements are under consideration. Details will be posted shortly.

 

Please continue to place orders via the online ordering system. All educational materials will be available to borrow for two (2) weeks unless noted otherwise.
